On the 31st March, the Plympton International College community gathered together for the Reception to Year 12 Swimming Carnival.
Hosted by Marion Outdoor Pool, this important event was only the second in our college’s history.
Students were resplendent in their house colours, competing in swimming races and novelty events. They proudly displayed sportsmanship, enthusiasm with participation, and our college values: Respect, Responsibility, Excellence and Innovation.
“Today is about coming together as a community, supporting one another, and pushing yourselves to be the best you can be,” said Mariah Krimizi, Leader of Innovation in HPE & Community Sports.
A big thank you to Marion Outdoor Pool, college staff, parents, volunteers, house captains and the lion dance troupe, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make this event a success.
