Our Primary Years provide a stimulating and caring learning environment. We are focussed on the academic and social learning needs of children in all areas of the curriculum.
Our support begins even before children start school. We work in partnership with local preschools to connect the students with Plympton International College staff. This enables children and teachers to begin building a relationship, making the transition to school a seamless and positive experience.

- A spacious and well-equipped Primary Years-only play area
- Experienced and caring classroom teachers
- ‘Buddy’ programs with students and teachers across the campus
- Access to facilities such as Science, Home Economics and the Gymnasium to enhance learning
- Study in all areas of the curriculum – English, Mathematics, Technologies, Science, HASS, The Arts, Chinese (Mandarin), Health and PE
Playgroup
Looking to get your little ones off to the best start? Every Tuesday morning from 9:00am to 10:00am, Playgroup at Plympton International College offers a warm and welcoming space for children and their caregivers to connect, play, and learn together. It’s the perfect opportunity to explore our wonderful school community, meet other local families, and give your child an early taste of the rich learning environment that PIC has to offer. We’d love to see you there!
